Our packages already include everything needed to capture your wedding beautifully. If anything else would make the experience or final collection more valuable to you, these optional extras let us shape the coverage around your plans.
MAKE THE PACKAGE YOURS
Add what matters to you and leave out what does not
Every wedding is different. Some couples would love a little practice in front of the camera before the day, while others need another person on the team, a longer film or a few more hours of coverage.
None of these additions fills a gap in the standard packages. They are simply available when your plans call for something more. Tell us what you are arranging, and we will help you decide whether an upgrade would genuinely be worthwhile. If we do not think you need it, we will say so.
GET COMFORTABLE BEFORE THE DAY
Spend some relaxed time together in front of the camera
Engagement or Pre-Wedding Photography Shoot
From £195
Approximately one to two hours
A pre-wedding shoot is a relaxed photography session before the wedding. It gives us the chance to get to know one another properly and helps you become more comfortable with the camera, without the timings or excitement of the wedding day around you.
We will offer gentle direction where it helps, but the session will never feel like a long series of formal poses. You will also receive a collection of photographs you can use for invitations, your wedding website, venue décor, or simply keep as part of this chapter of your story.
This option is available with photography and combined packages.
MORE COVERAGE WHEN THE DAY NEEDS IT
Add another photographer or Videographer to the team
One photographer or videographer is enough for many weddings. A second can be valuable when preparations happen in different locations, the venue is particularly large, the guest list is extensive, or several important things happen at once.
If you are unsure whether another person would add anything meaningful, send us your venue, guest numbers and rough timings. We will give you an honest recommendation based on the wedding you are actually planning.
Second Photographer
A second photographer gives us more freedom to capture moments at the same time.
One photographer can be with each partner during preparations, the ceremony can be captured from multiple viewpoints, and your guests can keep being photographed while portraits or group photos are taken.
This upgrade is already included in our Wolf & Hawk Ultimate and Ultimate+ combined packages.
Second Videographer
A second videographer lets you capture key moments from additional angles and makes it easier to cover events in separate spaces. It’s particularly useful for larger ceremonies, complex venues, and busy timelines.

MORE OF THE DAY ON FILM
Turn the highlights-led edit into a longer documentary film
Extended Documentary Film
Our standard highlights film brings the day together in a carefully paced four-to-eight-minute edit. If you would like to settle in and relive more of the wedding, the extended documentary upgrade creates a much longer film from the footage captured throughout your coverage.
Depending on the day and the material recorded, it can include more from the preparations and reception, longer sections of natural conversation, messages from your guests, and many smaller moments that don’t fit into a short highlights film.
The exact running time will vary because every wedding gives us a different story to work with, but the finished film will usually run 20-45 minutes and may be longer when the day allows.

Additional Photography Hours

If your preferred package ends just before something important, you can add additional photography by the hour. This can help if you would like a little more of the preparations covered, your ceremony starts later in the day, or you want us to stay later into the evening.
An Additional Day of Coverage
From £995 per additional day
Up to ten hours
Some weddings cannot be told properly within one day. You can arrange additional coverage for welcome gatherings, cultural celebrations, a second ceremony, or events surrounding a destination wedding.
We’ll review the full itinerary before recommending the amount of coverage and team required.
We can also quote weddings taking place over several days as a bespoke package when that offers better value or makes more sense for the schedule.

Receive more from your wedding gallery sooner
Rush Photography Delivery
From £360
Our usual photography delivery already includes a small selection of sneak peeks within the first few days, followed by the full gallery in approximately four to six weeks. Rush delivery moves your photography to the front of our editing schedule, with a sneak peek delivered within 48 hours and the full gallery expedited.
Availability is limited so that we can protect the care that goes into every gallery. If you’d like this, please mention it when you enquire so we can confirm availability for your date.

Film coverage shaped around a shorter or unusual timeline
Bespoke Wedding Film Coverage
From £175 per hour
Minimum booking of four hours
If your plans don’t fit one of our named film packages, you can book standalone film coverage by the hour. This may suit an intimate wedding, an unusual ceremony time, or a celebration where you only need to film one part of the day.
Because the finished films depend on what we can realistically capture within the booked time, we will discuss the intended coverage and deliverables with you before preparing a clear quotation.
USEFUL THINGS TO KNOW
Clear costs before you make any decisions
Drone Coverage
Drone photography or footage is included at no extra charge with every half-day and full-day package. It is not available for coverage shorter than half a day and depends on the weather, venue, location, and applicable flying restrictions. If it cannot be flown safely or legally, it will not affect the package price.
Travel
Travel within 30 miles of Blackpool is included. For weddings further away, travel starts from £65 and is calculated by distance. Weddings more than 100 miles away, those requiring an overnight stay, and destination weddings will be quoted individually, with every expected cost explained before you book.
OUR HONEST OPINION
You do not need to decide everything on your own
It can be difficult to know whether a second photographer would be useful, how long to book, or whether a documentary film would suit how you want to remember the wedding. You are welcome to send us the rough shape of the day, even if some of the details are still being decided.
We will talk through the options and explain what would make a practical difference. The aim is not to add as much as possible; it is to build the right amount of coverage for your wedding without asking you to pay for things you will not value.
