Nothing you choose on the form commits you to a particular package; it simply helps us send you the most useful information when we reply.

AFTER YOU GET IN TOUCH
A straightforward next step without any pressure
Once your enquiry arrives, we will check whether your date is available and read through everything you have shared with us. We will then send the brochure or package information most relevant to your plans.
If you would like to talk things through, we can arrange a relaxed phone or video call, whichever suits you best. It is simply a chance to meet, hear more about the wedding and answer your questions before you make any decisions.
If we are already booked on your date, we will let you know rather than leaving you waiting for a reply.
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO BOOK
Your date is reserved once the booking is complete
If you decide that Wolf & Hawk is the right fit for your wedding, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Your remaining balance will then be due 28 days before the wedding.
We will explain the payment schedule and provide the relevant booking information before anything is confirmed, so you will know exactly what to expect.
We secure dates only once we receive the deposit and required booking information. Until then, your date may remain available to other couples.
